Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mobile phone usage 4 hours per day or more 2. Recurrent history of neck pain since 4 months with pain levels greater than or equal to 4 on 10 on NPRS 3. FHP as determined by the CVA less than or equal to 48 degrees-50 degrees 4. SAS-SV score of more than 31 in males and more than 33 in females 5. Individuals with ability to read, understand and write basic English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with a previous history of neck disorders involving local trauma or History of surgeries around neck 2. Cervicogenic dizziness or Vestibular disorders 3. Tumor, infection, inflammatory, degenerative conditions 4. Neurological signs like with radiculopathy or neuropathy of the neck and upper limb. 5. Herniated cervical disc or PIVD 6. Congenital and developmental diseases in the head and neck
