Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hindustani Classical Vocalists practicing 1 hour or more for atleast 5 years FEV1 AND FVC Ratio greater than 75 percent. Good general health Willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current respiratory illness Recent shoulder or thoracic injuries Use of medications for anxiety or respirtory conditions Current voice impairement Current or history of smoking Participation in similar studies in last six months
