Inclusion criteria: 1.Post Ovarian Cystectomy 2.After 5 days of surgery 3.Weak Abdominal muscle 4.Womens who do not undergo any abdominal surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of any abdominal surgery 2.Pschological patients
