Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: population with mechanical knee pain according to the KOOS score greater than 50 is included in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individual with any history of spinal pathology or fracture Recent abdominal surgery within 1 year patients with Low back pain ( History of IVDP, Spinal canal stenosis ,spondylolisthesis ) other surgical history related to lower extremity like TKR THR MENISCAL TEAR ANKLE INJURES KOOS Score less than 50 pregnant women
