Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1&2&3 Patients willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA GRAE 4 Patients with bleeding disorders Patients on anticoagulants Patients with anticipated difficult airway Patients with Cardiac,Rensl,Hepatic and Respiratory Co morbities

MeasureTime frame
Significant hemodynamic response and easy intubation with the Priming dose as compared to without the priming dose.Timepoint: Assessment will be done at 2 hours.
