Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with chronic ulcers more than 6 weeks attending PMR OPD. 2 Sterile ulcers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Infected ulcers 2 Underlying osteomyelitis 3 Ulcers with exposed tendons and bones
