Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: active social media users spending two or more hours a day on social media, undergraduate nursing students above the age of eighteen years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pre existing psychiatric disorders or ongoing therapy. unavailability to attend therapy sessions. major physical injuries and severe lower back pain.
