Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria Participants included will be Participants under the age group of 18 to 25 years Both male and female students Participants having forward head posture and rounded shoulder posture Participants who regularly engage in prolonged sitting or study related activities Participants willing to participate Participants willing to sign the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants excluded will be Participants with any history of shoulder or spinal surgery Participants with severe musculoskeletal injury Participants who are not voluntarily participating Presence of neurological disorder
