Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male soccer players aged eighteen to thirty years Participants with a history of regular soccer training at least three times per week Participants diagnosed with or without hamstring shortness, based on a pre assessment sit and reach test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of hamstring or other lower extremity injuries within the past six months Current participation in any conflicting stretching or rehabilitation programs Presence of any neurological or musculoskeletal disorders affecting lower limb function Inability to perform the required stretching exercises due to other health conditions

Flexibility and Range of Motion Muscle Strength Power and Ballistic Function Running and Agility Performance Timepoint: The study will take place over a period of three weeks, with each stretching protocol being tested on three consecutive days with a 72-hour interval between sessions.
