Inclusion criteria: 1.Should have lived with their parents up to at least 16 years old. 2.Should be attending college.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with diagnosed mental illness. 2.Individuals currently receiving therapy. 3.College students with single/divorced/separated parents
