Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 15 to 18 years male football players Generally healthy with no contraindications to exercise BMI 19 to 24.9 Consent Willing to provide informed consent and adhere to study procedures including attendance and participation in training sessions Players with minimum 8 hours of practice per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Any recent injuries (within the past 6 months) or surgeries that limit physical activity or could be aggravated by plyometric or resistance training. • Any diagnosed cardiovascular, metabolic, musculoskeletal, or neurological disorder that might interfere with exercise participation or pose a risk to health (e.g., asthma, diabetes, joint problems). • Non-Compliance Risk: Those who may not be able to commit to attending the required number of training sessions (e.g., frequent travel).
