Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: ? All diagnosed diabetic foot ulcer patients. ? All patients consenting for the study ? Patients above 30 years of age. ? Patients with RBS with 200mg/dl or fasting blood sugar is >126mg/dl.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: all the previously operated diabetic foot ulcer patients who has less than two follow up
