Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All qualified anaesthesiologists , with either M.D or DNB degree, currently working in the government or private sector, shall be recruited in the study as participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anaesthesia residents who are completing their masters in anaesthesiology, either MD or DNB degree.
