Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post-operative patients between the age group of 20-80 years who underwent Fissurectomy/Haemorrhoidectomy/Fistulotomy, Lord?s dilatation. 2.Gender-Both male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were: pregnant or lactating. 2.Patients not willing for local application of DashmoolaGhritapichu . 3.operated for fissure-in-ano/haemorrhoids/fistula-in-ano associated with IBS or diagnosed with Crohn?s disease, in immune compromised state, suffering from systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis. 4.positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), venereal disease and hepatitis-B, CA rectum. 5. Patient unfit for surgery will be excluded for this study .

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the efficacy of dashmoola siddha ghrita pichu in post operative pain management .Timepoint: adviced for 5 to 7 days after surgery.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Requirment of analgesic after Wean off Anasthesia. Daily Requirement of Analgesic after use of Pichu . Time of Pain reduction after insertion of Pichu Total Number of Pichu used within 5 days on one patientTimepoint: adviced for 5 to 7 days after surgery.
