Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females aged between 18 to 30 years of age Diagnosis will be determined based on pelvic floor muscle hypertonicity assessed by perineometer Experiencing symptoms such as pelvic pain, dyspareunia, or urinary incontinence

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or postpartum females History of pelvic surgery or trauma Neurological or systemic musculoskeletal conditions Current participation in another physiotherapy program
