Inclusion criteria: Type - 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients Patient who knows to read English, Hindi, Marathi, Konkani Patients willing to participate in study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Type -2 diabetes Mellitus patients with co-morbidities Patients not consenting for study
