Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the consecutive/sequential patients in the age group of 5 yrs to 70 years with nasal or nasal complaints, diagnosed with allergic rhinitis, regardless of gender, and ethnicity, who shall undergo Sub-Mucosal Diathermy (SMD), presenting to ENT outpatient department, ENT ward or casualty of AVBRH, Sawangi (Meghe). ‘
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Dermographism 2. Life threatening anaphylaxis 3. Uncooperative patients 4. Immunocompromised state 5. Patients on high dose of steroids 6. Patients with contraindications to SMD such as coagulation disorders, psychiatric ailments etc
