Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Students among age between 20-30 2. Students who have been eating mess/Canteen Food and Home Food form at least two years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students having any systemic diseases were excluded. 2. Students who practice yoga, Regular exercisers, swimmers, and athletes. 3. Addiction like alcohol. 4. Students who have already undergone to major surgery. 5. Students suffering from psychological disorders. 6. Students doing night shift jobs. 7. Who has been not interested to participate in the study.
