Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both the genders Students of age between 18 to 26 years The cranio vertebral angle less than 49 degrees Usage of smart phone and computer for an average of 4 hours or more a day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chest deformations or respiratory disorders (5) Scoliosis or kypho scoliosis Barrel or pectus excavatum History of neck injury History of any trauma or fracture to the cervical spine, clavicle, scapula and ribs A congenital deformity in the neck such as torticollis.
