Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Professional Swimmers Having More Than 4 Years Of Competitive Experience. Performs 4-5 Training Session Per Week For 1-2 Hours. Swimmers With Scapular Dyskinesia Confirmed By Lateral Scapula Slide Test.Participants Willing To Participate In The Study And Who Can Comprehend The Commands.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients Having Traumatic History Like Shoulder Fractures, Dislocation, Whiplash Injuries. Skin Disorders Like Hypersensitivity, Open Wounds, Active Infection. Swimmers With Uncontrolled Systemic Conditions. Swimmers With Any Musculoskeletal And Neurological Disorders. Swimmers With Congenital Or Acquired Deformities
