Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients between 18 - 60 years of age. 2.Patients with Acute or Chronic Sinus Single or Multiple Sinus Tract or Pilonidal abscess. 3.Patients will be selected irrespective of sex, occupation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension. 2. Patients diagnosed with Koch?s Disease, Hidradenitis Suppurativa, HIV, Hepatitis B and C.

MeasureTime frame
Healing of Pilonidal sinus/ abscess after 15 days of treatmentTimepoint: will be observed on 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15th day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
No recurrence and way of healing of pilonidal sinus/ abscess after 3 and 1/2 months of durationTimepoint: After treatment, once in a month for three consecutive months
