Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 45 to 70 years CABG done within past 1 to 3 months Shoulder stiffness or limited mobility post-CABG Cleared for rehab by cardiologist

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing shoulder injuries Unstable cardiac conditions or medical complications Cognitive impairments
