Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Electro myographic Activity of Scapular stabilizer muscles (Serratus Anterior, Rhomboids, Middle, lower trapezius) during Overhead Activities.Timepoint: Electromyographic (EMG) activity measured as percentage of maximum voluntary contraction (%MVC) at baseline (Day 0) and post intervention (end of Week 5)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Muscle Strength of scapular stabilizers. 2. Muscle FatigueTimepoint: 1. Baseline and after 5 weeks. 2. Baseline and after 5 weeks.
