Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age group between 18 to 29 subjects willing to participate in the study sporting population male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: individuals with history of any shoulder injuries undergone any surgical procedure for arm in last 1 year pathological conditions of spine athletes who are not available for 8 weeks
