Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 40 years, 2. Both males and females will be included. 3. Recreational athletes, 4. Players should have be regularly involved in sport the last 2 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. any musculoskeletal disorders, 2. any neuromuscular disorders, 3. players with history of thoracic surgery and any pulmonary complications
