Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subject age between 18 to 25 years. 2.Gender - Male and Female. 3.Subjects who are engaged in Active badminton for 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with any Musculoskeletal disorders. 2. Subjects with any Neurological disorders. 3. Subjects with any Cardiac disorders. 4. Subjects not willing to participate in the study.
