Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA 1. Age 18 years and above 2. Diagnosed with advanced cancer 3. Newly referred patients and patients who are already registered with the SPC, who are not on any disease directed treatment, presenting to ED and diagnosed with delirium. 4. Patients able to provide informed consent or consent from legally authorised representative (LAR) if incapable
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA 1. Patients with preexisting cognitive impairment (ex. Dementia, Alzheimer disease)

| Frequency of patients presented with symptoms of delirium as documented in emergency and palliative medicine records will be measured as frequencies and percentages. The demographic data and most common cancer diagnosis in delirium patients will be measured as frequencies and percentages. The time of delirium onset from the diagnosis of advanced cancer will be represented as median score. The outcome of palliative care consultation of delirium patients - admission (hospital stay), discharge (home, local hospital, hospice) and death will be measured as frequencies and percentages. Survival after 60 days post enrolment weather alive or dead will be represented as frequencies and percentages. Timepoint: Baseline | — |
