Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly aged 61-75 years Individuals with self-reported sleep patterns and dietary habits Not taking melatonin supplements or sleep medications Willing to complete the survey and provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with diagnosed sleep disorders or chronic illnesses affecting sleep Those on melatonin supplements or prescription sleep aids Shift workers with irregular sleep schedules Pregnant or lactating women
