Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria Dance training experience: 2 years or more BMI: Normal range (18.5 22.9 kg/m ) Minimum of 4 6 hours of training per week Foot Posture Index score: +6 to +12 Unilateral or bilateral pronated foot

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria History of trauma to the lower limb, spine, or abdomen in the past 1 year History of surgery to the lower limb, spine, or abdomen in the past 1 year Presence of neurological dysfunction, musculoskeletal dysfunction, psychiatric, or dermatological conditions Within 1 year postpartum Congenital or fixed deformities Participation in strength training or sports activity training that may affect study outcomes
