Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 14-18 years. Male and female both will be included. Swimming athletes who actively participated in competitions in the swimming branch. Practiced swimming for maximum 7 hours per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any Musculoskeletal and Neurological impairment Any traumatic condition at shoulder or elbow in past 6 months. Uncontrolled metabolic disorder such as Diabetes Mellitus. Undergone any surgical procedure in past 6 months (shoulder or elbow).
