Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children between 1 month to 12 years of age admitted to the pediatric emergency.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received sodium containing fluid from outside. 2. Patients with chronic kidney disease, nephrotic syndrome, Addison?s disease 3. Patients coming for day care services to emergency or admitted for some investigation/injection or infusion.
