Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Cases with Hashimotos thyroiditis associated with grief Includes cases of Hashimotos thyroiditis with altered thyroid function Levels and anti-thyroglobulin levels.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with any other pathology like diabetes mellitus, hypertension Patients under hormonal therapy Patients under non-steroidal inflammatory drugs Patients undergone recent surgery with medication Patients under any psychiatric treatment Other inflammatory conditions & Malignant lesions will be excluded
