Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of at least 3 out of 6 symptoms as per DSM 5 1 Restlessness or feeling keyed up/on edge 2 Being easily fatigued 3 Difficulty concentrating or mind going blank 4 Irritability 5 Muscle tension 6 Sleep disturbances (difficulty falling/staying asleep, or unsatisfying sleep)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Presence of Other Psychiatric Comorbidities 2 Social anxiety disorder 3 Substance or medication induced anxiety disorder 4 Presence of Severe Medical or Neurological Illnesses 5 Obsessive compulsive disorder 6 Students Enrolled in Distance Education Programs 7 Depressive bipolar and psychotic disorders
