Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: i. Clinically diagnosed case of primary gout confirmed by laboratory investigation on hyperuricemia. ii. Both sexes male and female irrespective of socioeconomic state. iii. Age from 30 to 70 years patient who will sign consent form will be taken in inclusion criteria. iv. A patient who has more than serum uric acid level 6.5mg/dl will be taken.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: i. Patient below 30 yrs and above 70yrs. ii. Pregnant and lactating women. iii. Patients suffering from life threatening diseases and those who need emergency medical interventions. iv. Any patient with other systemic disorder. v. Patient who will not sign consent form.
