Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Adults (aged 18?65) diagnosed with MSK conditions (e.g osteoarthritis chronic neck pain low back pain) 2 Male and female participants willing to adhere to trial protocols

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Systemic inflammatory conditions or recent surgery 2 Pregnancy specific cases will be analyzed in a separate subgroup)
