Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 to 44 years old Acute Apical periodontitis Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medications like sedatives or anxiolytics. Pregnancy or breastfeeding. Medical conditions like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and epilepsy. Dental emergencies
