Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Nurses of all genders working in the hospitals and in healthcare setups for 2 or more years. ? Nurses working for 8-12 hours/ day ? Age group of 25- 45 years ? Nurses with positive windlass test. ? Nurses with prolong standing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Nurses with any trauma to the lower limb in past 6 months. ? Nurses who are educators or students and working in wards ? Nurses unwilling to participate
