Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. surgery under spinal anaesthesia. 2. elective lower section caesarian section. 3. ASA physical status II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient refusal 2. multiple pregnancy. 3. history of drug allergy 4. with history of cardiac disease. 5. presented with PIH and Gestational diabetes.
