Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with mild (5-9 Villalta score)post thrombotic syndrome after colour doppler study. 2.Patients willing to give written informed consent and follow the protocol. 3.Patients with varicose vein.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients unwilling to give written informed?consent. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients of coagulopathy Patient of Diabetes mellitus. Patients of severe systemic diseases. Patients who fail to follow up
