Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who are working in ICU and CCU settings. 2. Nurses who are working in Post- Operative Cardiac Care. 3. Nurses who have a minimum working experience of 1 year. 4. Nurses who are willing to provide informed consent to take part in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who are not working in post- operative cardiac care. 2. Nurses working in administrative, educational roles with no direct patient care responsibilities
