Intervention1: Egoscue exercise: Egoscue exercise will be given alternate days for 3 times in a week for a period of 4 weeks Control Intervention1: Mat Pilates: Mat Pilates will be given alternate day

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Indian Classical dancers Practicing dance form at least 1-2 hrs for 2days in a week with experience of minimum 4 years9 BMI:18.5-24.9Kg m2 Both genders in the age group of 18 to 50 years 4 Dancers with sit and reach score less 27 cm CVA angle less then 45 , anterior pelvic tilt more then 13.0, lumbar lordosis more then 40 Subject willing to participate and who can comprehend the demands.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent injury within 6 months Fracture of limbs and spine Chronic painful condition affecting musculoskeletal system Pregnancy Neurological condition that affect movement
