Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children from the age 3-5 years of both sex Children fulfilling diagnostic criteria Children with normal appetite measured by hunger rate scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children less than -3 standard deviation weight for age Children with known cases of tuberculosis liver disorders neurological & endocrine disorders Children who are currently using other medications like steroids will be excluded Children on any form of food supplements Children with any chronic or acute medical and surgical criteria Children with any development disability like Cerebral palsy Mental retardation Children with any known bowel disorder that may interfere with study outcome
