Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: With single intrabony defect In posterior mandible sites Sufficient soft tissue height and thickness at the defect site

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers Tobacco users Pregnancy Lactating mothers Not available for 24 months follow up Unwilling for periodic recall every 3 months
