Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First professional students of Ayurveda fraternity within 6 to 10 month of course commencement. 2. Students willing to share personal experience and insights.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individual with diagnosed psychosomatic disorders. 2. Students with prior background of Ayurveda.
