Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects fullfilling diagnostic criteria age in completed years 18-45 years irrespective of gender,occupation,place ready to give written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: underweight due to secondary causes where the brimhana/santarpana is contra indicated like prameha/madhumeha acute weight loss of unknown cause known case of diabetes,hypertension,cardiac disorder,carcinoma known case of pregnancy and lactating mother
