Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Athletes with Shin Splints 2.Both genders 3.Individuals willing to participate and provide informed consent. 4.Individuals who can understand Hindi, English and Gujarati.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any lower limb musculoskeletal injury in the past 6 months 2.History of trauma within past 12 weeks 3.Any existing cardiovascular & neurological conditions 4.Any circulatory disorders in lower extremities like varicose veins
