Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Having a history of chronic mechanical low back pain lasting more than 3 months. 2. Both males and females will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute mechanical or non-mechanical low back pain (less than 3 months). 2. Patients with serious cognitive Impairments, infectious and inflammatory disorders, malignancy that causes Chronic Low Back Pain. 3. Pregnant ladies and children. 4. Patients who does not speak Hindi language.
