Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Good oral hygiene. Patients requiring at least two single tooth replacements with implant supported fixed restoration. Mesio-distal width of 8 mm or less. Presence of adjacent teeth and antagonist teeth in alignment with absence of tilting / supra eruption .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA Classification Class 4 patients: Heart disease with marked signs of cardiac insufficiency. Recent myocardial infarction of less than 6 months duration. Unstable angina. Patients with advanced degrees of pulmonary, renal or endocrine insufficiency. Severe cardiac valvular dysfunction Sepsis Disseminated intravascular coagulation According to ASA Classification class 3 patients: Uncontrolled diabetes with complications to vascular or other organs i.e. retinopathy, neuropathy etc. Active hepatitis Implanted pacemaker 1. Immunocompromised patients 2. Blood dyscrasias 3. Occlusal anomalies Deep Bite Cross Bite 4. Para-functional habits Bruxism 5. Radiation therapy in orofacial region 6. Heavy smokers (more than 10 cigarettes per day) 7. Alcohol abusers 8. Recent history of any acute illness

1.To evaluate impact of digitally fabricated provisional restorations, using the BOPT, on peri-implant soft tissue health and stability. 2.To evaluate the impact of conventionally fabricated provisional restorations on peri-implant soft tissue health and stability. 3.To compare the esthetic and clinical outcomes of peri-implant soft tissues between provisional restorations fabricated digitally using the BOPT and those fabricated using conventional technique.
