Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients above 18 years with bronchial asthma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute exacerbation of asthma in the preceding 4 weeks Patients with concomitant bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, lung cancer, tuberculosis, coronary artery disease, heart failure or psychiatric illness. Patients suffering from any known inflammatory (other than asthma) or infectious disease in the past 4 weeks Not consenting or willing to participate Pregnant women

MeasureTime frame
Change in Quality of Life in asthma patients as assessed by a validated questionnaire AQLQ will be determined by comparing the baseline and post-intervention scores after AUM Chanting-Based Resonance BreathingTimepoint: 12 weeks
