Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who are having Shoka or Grahani or IBS. Paricipants who are not suppressing shoka as dharaneeya vega Participants of any sex who are aged between 21-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are severely ill and bed ridden Participants who are suffering from malignancies, uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension. Patients who are having anatomical deformity in the digestive tract. Intellectually disabled and psychologically disabled person
